  1. I realized that when Venat got hurt she got hurt three times, and there are 13 reflections, and 3 worlds rejoined to the source. Also 10:44:10 But mankind's downfall would also be Zenos downfall surely you would know that
Edit: I was wrong it was 7

  2. I really like Zenos as a character. I honestly think Shenpai has misunderstood the character because she has been so busy hating everything about him, lol. She's not even giving the character a chance, lol.

  3. Lmao I’m one of the few that doesn’t see the Zenos appeal lol I thought he was fine in SB but I didn’t care for what they did with him in EW. He was just wandering around until we fight lol it was so random.

Also who is Hythlodaeus talking to here? Emet or Azem? (11:27:37)

  4. If Voxer isn't the main character in the story, doesn't that disconnect you from the story and kind of ruin it? Because if Voxer is the follower of the Warrior of Light, then wtf is the Warrior of light doing? Are they at some f*ck off beach in the middle of nowhere sipping iced tea?

  5. Here's the names of the "Voices from the Past" bit at 15:42:22 (Got this from the r/FFXIV subreddit)

Voice from the Past (Ardbert): If you need a push, I'll be right there behind you.

Voice from the Past (Haurchefant): Do not despair! You are not without allies.

Voice from the Past (Merlwyb): What we have sown in blood, we have reaped in suffering, and it cannot go on.

Voice from the Past (Aymeric): Upon the souls of they who have sacrificed themselves to pave the way for peace, we will never abandon our cause.

Voice from the Past (Nanamo): While it is true that man succumbs all too often to anger and avarice, he may yet overcome his baser instincts through the forming of bonds with others.

Voice from the Past (Raubahn): Such victories are rarely won without sacrifice. But the prize is worth the price.

Voice from the Past (Kan-E-Senna): And we for our part are glad indeed to be able to welcome friends both old and new…

Voice from the Past (Hien): Save your tears for the morrow. You may be sure we will have ample cause to shed them, be they for joy or despair.

Voice from the Past (Papalymo): From tragedy and sacrifice we rise to greet a new dawn.

Voice from the Past (Edmont): A future shaped by the choices we made, in ways we could never have foreseen.

Voice from the Past (Beq Lugg): Yet miracles do happen. So let us pray, and will our friends home.

Voice from the Past (Ryne): I won't stop praying until I know they're safe.

Voice from the Past (Midgardsormr): Strong art thou, mortal.

Voice from the Past (Minfilia): Look to the light within, that you may continue to serve as a beacon to others.

Voice from the Past (Ardbert): Let's finish this.

  6. I kind of understand that feeling like your character should retire after having done this expansion. When I first made my character, he was a battle hungry warrior obsessed with finding stronger foes, but ended up growing as a person through the journey and ironically his rivalry with his dark reflection in Zenos, the person he very well would have been. After that fight at the end of the game, I feel like his journey is done and I should retire the character and replace him. Personally, I'll see what the next patch brings and consider who to replace him with.

  7. I wasn't prepared to hear Hydaelyn put "Hear/Feel/Think" in the context of Meteion. Was just… magnificent writing and plotting. It's always been her plea to mankind to warn of the true danger that lay beyond.

As amazing as the finale all was, it's Venat's journey that sticks to the ribs, what I'm thinking about throughout the day since finishing.
