There is a actually a Alternate Ending of the Vault ingame. The Dragonsong Reprise Ultimate Raid is a "What if" Story of the Entire Heavensward Ending. You probably should check it out not because of the Raid but what actually could happen during Heavensward.
If you want more PTSD there's a quest following your journey through Heavensward that starts right outside Fortemps manor, can't remember when it becomes available though(finishing it gets you the /haurchefant emote). Also… Stormblood Dark Knight questline is a thing(seriously though that questline gets REAL with the subject matter it discusses, like… counseling session real)
