Not an Omnicrafter yet, but getting there. Inventory management has always been an issue with gathering and crafting. It really has been fun and I think it will continue to be. Fishing really is its own thing… Normal fishing, ocean, sky, dune, lava…. and now a fishing mini game. It's funny to think that Finer Miner and Out on a Limb were the ways of gathering originally.
I've not kept up with my crafting and gathering as of late, but they're all either 60+ or 70 ish. I level up one at a time with the Namazu dailies. Not sure if I should wait for Endwalker for the 70+ part of the journey though, these changes seem interesting and might make me want to bother more with leve quests. Getting HQ items can be such a pain in the backside after all, perhaps that dynamic will change a bit with these changes.
As someone who hasn’t really gotten into crafting and gathering yet, but leveled it all through the GC im happy to see the gathering HQ go away. When I did the job quests 1-70 omg was that so painful….
With endwalker out in 4 days I'm wondering if I should spend my capped leves before the coffee biscuit nerfs or just save them for endwalker?
