No new swimsuits😢 i would like to see one piece swimsuit

I like the emote and the housing item is interesting, but… where is the swimsuits?!?!? Fashion is the true end game and the some of the most popular content comes with the festival! I am partially kidding, thou I wouldn't mind more attire choices. Also, two suggestions for Square involving the fireworks: can they utilize some of the boss particle effects to add even more to the show and can they utilize a simple program to create semi random patterns like the old screen savers use to do. Just ideas for an already enjoyable event.

Is it possible to get pass event items. Id like the phoenix riser suit from last year but started playing earlier this year.
I wish they would add new swimsuits or beach glam every year. This is kind of weak.
Loved the mount and glam prizes from the previous years, but this emote is a little too niche for me to get excited over
Uchiwasshoi (oo-chee-wah-shoy) seems to be a combo of two words, Uchiwa (this style of fan) and washoi (which is a word used in festivals…kinda similar to an English "heave ho!"' typically when carrying portable shrines.
I'd add, the note "Certain items available during …can be purchased" probably really only refers to things like the snow cones/fireworks. We can be hopeful, but I wouldn't expect much.

i saw a video of some datamined assets in the game and the fan emote was one of them, it look so not be persistent which is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING….

The year is 2024. People still feign shock and appallment whenever they are confronted with the fact that Square Enix often rotates the focus of their seasonal event rewards out where some events have better and more exciting rewards than others one year, and then another the next.
No new beach glam -> no resub

Damn how underwhelming. This entire expansion has just not been that great (aesthetically) when it comes to gear/glam I have no found anything where I have been like “oh wow that is great I need that!” Except for the wings from Ex’s that’s basically it. Remaining hopeful for better things in future patches.
Does anybody know when cancelling extra retainers do i lose the items or those still be there forever until i renew them again?
