  1. In Generation Kill (the book). Ray and Brad noted the Pizza Hut cars meant it was go time and told Evan to pack up and move it.

So if 42 Shaq-a-roni’s are shipped to the pentagon… put your head between your legs and kiss your arse goodbye.

  2. The worst part about TNC is that theres still traces of a good story in there. When Bombate is talking to Max aboard the sub about losing his entire family and how he has to deal with it or when BJs dad gave him a gun and went to the basement with his son to fight the “monsters” show off something potentially interesting character wise but it then just goes back to being wanna be B movie shlock.Hell they even humanized the Germans to a small extent, there were a couple letters in the game talking about how guilty some the soldiers were feeling guilty about what they were doing. One went:

“What gives us the right to do this? Did God not grant them a soul?…..”

But nah forget moral ambiguity or anything potentially interesting. Gotta have BJ fight with black kweans, commies and his pregnant wife. Youngblood was the culmination of that too. Instead of having BJ and Bombate fight alongside each other, say, during the 2nd American Revolution (which would have been perfect because its shown in TNO they just “get” each other and become buddies pretty fast) we instead get what ever those two down syndrome ridden characters were.

  3. I feel you miss remember the main character from Shiki. From what I remember he was one of the first to figure out they weren't dead and start finding ways to fight back. Shame he wasn't in it that much and I agree that the doctor was cooler.
