Quite honestly, the shit they don't tell you at the start could fill several volumes of hint guides, the type we used to buy whenever an expansion for WoW came out.
Except it should be filled more with 'shit they don't tell you', instead of pages of maps and starter zone walkthrough.

The part about limit breaks is actually not great advice. It's basically telling sprouts to not use LB unless the bar is completely filled, and to also wait until the boss is within an inch of its life.

I guess this âcuteâ beginnerâs guide is directed at a younger audience who arenât familiar with MMOâs that arenât CoD or LoL or Among Us. đ Itâs certainly better then the Tv ads. đ
When you have multiple objectives in your journal at different locations and you click the map button in your journal for the quest it'll allow you to choose each separately. Most quests don't have multiple objectives so it just sends you straight to the map instead for that objective. And no… it's not new. It's been around since 2.0. And not console only either. xD

These would've been legitimately helpful if they were around when I started.
What they didn't tell you is that BLM for the Sastasha run was Yoshi P in disguise albeit terribly because we all know he plays a lalafell BLM and nothing else. The Mythril Eye is attempting to create their own Undercover Boss in Eorzea and we gotta stop em.

Personally I think that the BIGGEST thing they need to add to the start of the game is ROLE LABELS ON THE STARTER JOBS. I can't tell you how many people I see on the Reddit who pick Warrior as their starting class and think its a DPS but suddenly find out its a tank when they get to Sastasha. There needs to be the role symbol or something by all of the starter jobs so that people who are new know what is what.
