yes, the male monk and samurai are both our character. remember, it takes a month or two to travel to Othard by boat, which we did because we physically have to be at an aetheryte to attune to it. once there we can teleport at will, but we have to go there first. it explains why our hair grew out from the short style sported by the monk and the shaggy mop the samurai has

The Warrior of Light is a Monk, yes. But Lyse is technically still a Pugilist since she isn’t trained as a Monk, but still an incredible fighter.

Don't pay attention to the people under selling Stormblood. Its not the best expansion, but its very good. Has my favorite city, my second favorite villain, my favorite zone, and some of the best music.
