I dont think I can do too much during pre-launch… Its going to be a busy time at work and I doubt I'll get even one job up to 80 just yet. Other than that, I'll make the most of it – after I figuered out how to get it that is. SE's webside and the Mogstation are the true Ultimate… I hope my box comes soon ^.^

can't wait to try new hairstyles for bunnies(hopefully early to rise and/or the hero hire are accessible), fix up smn, pick up the new jobs and try to decide which job to main(rpr has the look but smn seem more fun, especially the AoE, smn, single and aoe are the same while rpr is just a dumb down version of their single though there some stuff I like with rpr over smn)

As per my normal expansion plans, I will be doing the new MSQ start to finish as the main priority once it comes out, and untill it is finished, not visiting any social media including youtube and twitch. So basically boycotting all platforms for the few days it will probably take to get through it.
Sad thing is youtube will be recommending spoilers to us

Of course there will be a lot of spoilers everywhere but its nice to see you're advicing not to post anything that may ruin the experience to other people.

This is my first expansion. I know 24h before, it will go into maintenance, when does the download become available? Im in a rural area with abysmal 5mb/s download that only actually downloads at 500kb/s, so my plan is to take my laptop and phone into town, hook up in the walmart parking lot where i get 375mb/s on data and tether for the download. I want to do this as soon as possible, I thought Id have to wait until early morning (Im on EST) on the 3rd, but does it actually become available to download sooner? How much sooner? And how long generally would it take on a 300mb/s connection?
So i have bought early access preorder ect all paid for so i can play. When it ends do we get another code to carry on playing or will my EA code role over as normal?
This is the first time I am worried about spoilers. This is my third expansion launch and I have always been in the front row. Except for Stormblood. I got trapped by Raubaun Extreme for a few days, but so did everyone else. I had always taken a high level job straight into new content on day 1. However, this time I will be leveling Reaper so I will be behind. I might give up on all social media until I catch up.
When I go to my mogstation, there's no option to enter any early access code, any suggestions?

One of the benefits of not having a social media account, is not having to worry about scrolling through a feed and being spoiled on content.

Planning on muting every single chat channel in game except /tell. I've already moved everyone FFXIV related that I follow onto a separate twitter account, will probably only look at my YT subscriptions feed where Meoni is currently the only FFXIV account. Staying off Discord for the most part, though our FC has agreed not to discuss the game.
So I've pre-ordered the expansion from SE store, but you said we will need to another code when early acces ends but I've got only one 20 digit code which I entered to unlock early acces and the bonuses. Will we get full game code on a later date?
What Im wondering is if I bought it on steam, do I put my code into steam, or on the mogstation?
Just my opinion but asking people to use common sense is pretty rare these day’s. I don’t see a lot of that or just common decency. Then again this is irl and not just for gamer’s.
