I honestly think Daph playing Nancy Drew games would make for great content. There's a nice combination of puzzle/mystery solving and unintentionally funny moments. And I imagine each game would only take 1-2 streams to finish. If she's interested, I recommend playing the games in this order: Danger on Deception Island, Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon, Shadow at the Water's Edge, Ghost of Thorton Hall, Warnings at Waverly Academy, and Curse of Blackmoor Manor.
