  1. Shot in the dark here but I have an odd question if you could answer at all; whenever I screenshot in my game, the framerate starts stuttering. It fixes itself if I alt tab out and back in, but if I screenshot again, it gets messed up again. My PC is strong enough to play on high at 60, and this started happening a few months ago so this is weird.

Are you familiar with the Razer Cortex game booster? Any opinion on it, is it useful?
I play on an Acer Aspire 5 laptop with mx150.

  5. Very helpful, even with an R9 5900x, 3080, and 64GB 3600 RAM. For the longest time I was running between 40's and 50's FPS and I couldn't figure out WTF was going on. I think the Fullscreen and turning off upscaling was the kicker. I'm now pushing my monitor's refresh rate limit (160's). Sub and a thumbs-up! Thank you!

  7. FF14 is weird. My tower has an i5 6600k and a 1070 with 16gb of ram. So not really good. The new laptop I got recently (for uni but also for gaming) has a Ryzen 7 5800H and a 3070 mobile (140W) with 32gb Ram. In every single game the Laptop is WAY more powerful than my old tower. I can set the games to higher settings and still get quite a bit more FPS than on my tower. Except for FF14. I changed my settings so that everything was the exact same as I had on my tower but I got around 20fps LESS than I did on my tower. Even after Doing everything you said here I still have quite a few fps less than I did before. Such a weird game.
