Standard Step you wanna keep on cooldown always. The 5% dmg buff it does also buffs itself, so keep on reapplying it every 25 sec CD anyways.
Wanted to say thanks so much for these guides! They're detailed enough without going overboard with time and explanations. Most FF14 Job guides are 45 minutes to an hour, and have a friggin thesis of info for literally every ability.
