I don't think level should matter to an extent because you can have brand new baby tanks at 80 still learning on Gunbreaker. Others will probably disagree since 20 levels "should be enough to be good" but I might be different since I remember being a new tank and unsure of pacing and dungeon flow.
if I'm in an over lvl 80 dungeon when I'm a dps (I mainly play ranged dpssome tank here or there) and you as a tank are pulling to slowly i am pulling the next group of mobs (unless the healer isn't that good) but on the note of afk I'm very patient i once waited for 45 mins for a tank because if I remember correctly the tanks grandma collapsed or something like that. Honestly depends on the severity of the afk like if you say you need to go take a leak i give you like 8 mins before I'm starting to initiate a vote to kick you but if it's something serious I'll wait.
With how wow dungeons are designed and how it's common for them to have a non linear flow to them is part of the reason I don't try and tank anything past Mists of Pandaria due to not knowing the dungeon flow.
You are welcome to withdraw yourself if you don't like how someone is tanking.
You CAN kick anyone for lethargic gameplay and or disagreement of playstyle. So yes you can kick tanks that suck. It's in the TOS
The only time I would pull one mob at a time properly is if it is the last mob before a boss. Mob distribution in some dungeons can be weird like that.
That said, while I don't have a YPYT mentality, I do feel like if you pull too ahead of the tank, it is on you if you get your ass kicked before the tank can pick up the mobs. I will say the one time I did YPYT even somewhat was at the last boss of the lv 69 dungeon after one of the DPS had been ninjapulling the whole dungeon and even pulled while the healer was still in CS. So it was more 'since you pulled when our healer isn't ready, I'm gonna let you die as a potential deterrent for breaching basic ettiquitte.'
Also, as an aside, seeing him with so many uncomplete WT things at once is bugging me .-.
