I wish Meteion didn't look as ridiculous as she did so this would hit even harder
I have a hypothesis about meteion. The reason she only found dead / despearing world wasn't because that's all that was out there. Instead the first one or several worlds happened to be like that by chance but then her means of travel was through dynamis which is influenced by emotion. Also Hermes intentionaly neglected her upbringing teaching her not of the earth so as not to bind her not helping things. With her only means of travel influenced by emotion neglected upbringing and finding such tradgedy at the begining of her journey, the only paths dynamis could take her in such despair lead only to more.
