Oh man I relate to Okaymage so much! I also came from a competitive WoW background, but was completely changed as a gamer by FFXIV – The story. Period. It's sooo gooood.

Okay Okaymage has been such an awesome add to the FF family. The best part is the happiness she's found. I feel like she does, having played Warcraft RTS and WoW for almost 30 years, the past 2 years of this community and story has just brought so much joy to my life that I can't even compare it. FF has changed my life.

I’m kind of envious of the streamer experience when it comes to community.
I have lovely friends in FF, but they are few and often don’t play at the same time/on the same realm/whatever, so when I played through MSQ I was alone.
And I was so moved and happy to experience it, but every time I hear these big streamers say that the people and community around them made the experience that much better, it makes me feel kind of lonely lol. It definitely wasn’t the experience I had, and I feel like I don’t really have anyone to share these moments with.
