  1. chloromancer from RIFT or discipline priest from WoW…
both have had serious balancing issues where they tend to be super over-tuned at the start.. then get nerf'd to the ground… we'll see…

  2. Functionally, I would say that Sage will work very similarly to Scholar where their pet can heal while they DPS. It'll really depend on how big those heal ticks from the Sage can be but regardless they're not going to heal up a tank buster so you'll still need other things. Honestly, it just LOOKS so cool that I'll have to play it just because and hope that it has decent burst heals for when you really need them as I mostly only saw AOE heals from the showcase.

  3. People that keep gaslighting those who have a problem with SCH are completely missing the point. Is not that the kit isn't useful. Even if they fix how disjointed sch's fairy kit is, if they don't fix pet ghosting, it will still feel like absolute ass to play. And the fact that they spent 10 minutes throwing gang signs at the camera to explain how they're changing potencies but keeping damage values, yet didn't spare 10 seconds to address pet action ghosting, means they didn't fix it at all, yet they know it's a problem seeing how they change SMN.
At the end of the day, if pet ghosting is still there, only 2 types of players will choose it: those that think spamming physick/cure/benefic is being a good healer, or those in hyper-optimization groups where the kit will bring greater value. Any barrier healer in between will pick Sage – unless its kit turns out to be ass.

  4. Bruh, Chloromancer? Xeno, you rift man? Hammerknell is still my favorite raid of all time! After out guild had it on farm, we used to get drunk and host pug raids with mostly randoms. We used auction the loot and split between the whole raid. Dude those were the days. Even if you don't get loot, you got money.

  5. i hope all you "sage mains" like Scholar because Scholar was the prototype blueprint for Sage.. and thats why no changes were made for SCH. this was the plan from the onset of the big SCH overhaul for shadowbringers.. of course it will have certain mechanics that differ, but im talking about in its playstyle
