  1. What's particularly great about Sparrow's mods is that the effects are not usually obscene and obstructive, unlike many out there. That means a lot when it comes to VFX modding. It's far too easy to just throw AOEs over everything, call it impressive, and slap a paywall on it. The game has an overabundance of AOE style VFX. So creating mods that aren't just AOEs throughout shows effort and concern for the users.

  3. If the strategy of watching mod videos is lighting a fire on the devs asses for giving us more options so we don't have to mod. It's a brilliant strategy and I commend it. Maybe ONE DAY we get chat bubbles naturally.

  4. I would like to say I almost agree to have more shield skills but the name for the class is still fine. Sentinel would be a more proper name for a class that uses shield primarily or Vanguard/Crusader. Those types of classes primarily used shields more but of course could either have weapon choice of maces/mourning star or swords.

  5. Knight is called Paladin because that's what Knight was translated to being back in the Final Fantasy of lore. It never changed from localization no matter how many games came out, usually when a class would be called "knight" in english it's because they have literally zero white magic in their kit (Bravely Default).
I can't speak for tactics though, never played it.

As an addendum, because FF1 was basically a JP implementation of Dungeons and Dragons to RPG form, and knight had access to white magic, it makes sense why localizers decided that it would be Paladin in English.

  6. A bald detective at it again going deep undercover over the TOS searing for villains and warning the good chat about the dangers of mods that may haunt them at the party finder
