7. Okay, notes:

   Raids: There are two kinds. One is an 8-player instance with two complete parties (two tanks, two healers, four DPS). The other is an 24-man instance; those are Alliance Raids and these are what WOW players will recognize as a raid. Alliance Raids are a catchup mechanism for endgame gearing. They are not meant to be hard. Normal raids aren't that hard either; their Savage (Heroic/Mythic) versions ARE hard. (Ultimates are their own thing; 8 players, but top-tier difficulty- this is 14's World First Race scene.)

   Limited Jobs: These are Jobs that you ordinarily cannot use in battle content (dungeons, raids, PVP) because they are intentionally made to be overpowered. Blue Mage (the current one) learns all its spells by facing monsters in combat, witnessing its special attack, and then defeating the monster. As this includes dungeon and raid bosses, those spells can and do get BROKEN. The reason for Beast Master being wanted comes from a popular NPC seen in the Shadowbringers patches being one and deriving most of his special attacks from the beasts at his command- this would, presumably, follow the same logic. We'll see what actually happens.

   Jobs: This is what WOW players know as a Class AND it includes Crafting and Gathering (each one is a full Job, with rotations and everything). You can play ALL Jobs on ONE character; all you need to do is swap his Main Hand (weapon/tool) to swap Job. There's lingering tech debt from past versions of 14 still in the game that muddies this a bit, but most players just talk Jobs.

   Trust: The game's core story is able to be played with NPCs filling out your party for dungeons that are part of the story. (There are others that are not.) Those NPCs you can select are "Trust NPCs".

   FOMO: There is actually very little FOMO, and all of it revolves around entirely optional seasonal events or product crossover promotions. You can pick it up and put it down with no fear of being left behind.

   Trial: The Free Trial now goes up to L70 and the full Stormblood expansion, which is easily over 100 hours of content as it includes three full raid series, three full Alliance Raid series, three full Trial fights series, and (now) the Eureka exploration zone and (at its ends) the 56 man raid The Baldesion Arsenal- all of which also gives you a taste of FF11. Yes, Eureka is still played to this day. You also gain access to all of the Jobs introduced in Heavensward (Dark Knight, Machinist, Astrologian) and Stormblood (Red Mage, Samurai). There is no time restriction; the catch is that once you do switch to a paid sub, you can't switch back and (for botting reasons, etc.) there are some other restrictions on Trial accounts, but man it's a great deal.
