Watching that scales mechanic, how the hell did I manage to get that first time in Duty Finder.
I had to run this 15 times for the healer top, was totally worth it
The scales mechanic is like flameflow from Dun Scaith.
I'm so happy this raid is more interesting than ShB's. Those were fun but the lore was so dull, these are both fun fights and really cool lore.
Man i really need to get back into this game and finish my levelling.
I'm happy to say my group had ZERO wipes, but many deaths. there were many points where I the RDM, our SMN, SCH, and SGE were out of mana, it was so much fun

IIRC, sasdly there is an easy solution to scales. Go opposite to the side you were tethered. Apparently it always works, so PF may be fine lol
The Blue and Red in the last fight determines which god is in control. If the area is blue then you're in Thal's realm (the realm of the dead) and if it's red then its Nald's realm (the realm of the living.) Basically whichever realm you're in determines which god is in control (and thus about to attack you!) If the area is blue, BE ON RED BECAUSE THAL IS ABOUT TO BLOW YOUR ASS UP! đ

You know woops. It's also quite interesting that nobody has noticed this..but Byregot and his father Rhalgr are based on greek gods..while Azeyma and Nald'thal are based on Egyptian Gods. Which makes me excited to see what the other gods are based on.
I mean, Nald'thal being twins represented by scales, one weighing the wealth of the living and one weighing the souls of the dead? Makes perfect sense tbh

I really enjoyed this 24 man, my favorite boss was by far the last one. I enjoyed the next to last one as well.
I also dream for the day that I get into an instance with you since we are on the same DC đ
