It is a hard sell, and at first I would've assumed it's not even worth it especially for Connor. But since Mouse convinced him to play through FF8 and he since played through a few RPGs, I think he actually can get invested now, but ARR is indeed gonna be a big barrier either way. But they do say getting through the slower parts of the game is far better when you're playing with friends to mess around with, so they might be able to carry each other through!
As for who they will make? Might be a safe bet, but I think Connor will either try to make his character look as JoJo as possible, or he'll just make a Fem Roe because he loves MILFs lol.
Mouse I'm not sure….maybe an Au Ra to try and make herself since her model usually has horns as well?
And Pete I have no idea about honestly lol. I haven't seen enough of him to get any kinda read on.

Nah theyre def getting filtered. Theres too much boring content in the way, in particular because of their normal stream content. Id go so far as to say they should probably skip to shadowbringers
Connor said he would be interested to do a 1 big stream (12h ish) every two months with Mouse and Pete which could be good progress considering he doesn't stall. I do think that them playing together could potentially make them get through ARR. But Connor is very busy and enjoys his variety streamer position…. Honestly as a FF14 player and massive watcher of Connor he has surpassed my expectations making it to lvl 30. The stream did very well, Connor is a master of scheduling…Who knows…
He called PremierTwo the Peter guy 😭😭. Pete really loves this game, he's been playing FF14 ever since its launch in PS3. He has some level 90 characters but decided to create a new one for his friends.
