Having been a huge FFXIV player and in general an MMORPG fan, I dabbled on the release of WoW Classic. I had a brilliant time, created an Orc Warrior, and eventually got myself to level 30, where I decided to call it a day.
I truly did enjoy my time in WoW classic, and I walked away appreciating the game, and understanding where the addiction can come from and the love the game has to offer.
Fast forward to 2024, and with The War Within newly released, I was always curious as to what WoW retail would be like, so today I wanted to share with you my journey of WoW retail.

With the Chromie Time, you will not over level any zone until you hit lvl 70. At lvl 10 you can choose which expansion you would like to level through, and you can stay with that expansion upto lvl 70. Long time WoW player started back in The Burning Crusade. If you were a brand new player not playing with your friend, you would have started with Exiles Reach, which teaches new players abou the game and the contols right up to a small dungeon at the end, then you would transition over to the last expansion Dragonflight when your reach lvl 10 or so and arrive at your capital city, Stormwind for Alliance and Ogrimmar for Horde. I hope you continue to enjoy your time in wow.
Keep up the good work! Nothing makes me happier than watching a new player enjoying a game that I've been playing since Beta. The nostalgia of watching someone play with the same new eyes that I had in 2004 makes me never regret playing this game for as long as have. Thank you for all you do!
