  1. Monks a strange job for me. I end up dipping back into it every once in a while but then just stop playing it for long stretches for no real reason. I like it, sometimes a lot, but it just doesn't have that hook for it to be one of my Main Jobs I guess.
    As for the lore and story, that's kind of strange to me as well. I really like the monk lore but really did not enjoy almost any of the actual job storyline. I think that's because it was so layered in old kungfu movie tropes that the whole thing just felt like kind of a joke to me. Like, I get that having a light moment or joke here or there is good but the whole thing just felt too silly to take at all seriously.
