    This song is played during the course of the Alexander – The Soul of the Creator (aka: A12 Normal/Savage) Raid fight in the Heavensward expansion.

    The singing gent with the hat is Michael Christopher Koji Fox, Lead Localizer for FFXIV (and FFXIV). He's been with the Square Enix for the better part of the last 20 years and has worked on FFXIV since the 1.0 Era.

  2. Just for context. The "freeze" they did in the middle of the song is due to a mechanic in the game where time is frozen. So, they're basically paying homage to that.
