TITLE: Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker
DEVELOPER: Square Enix
PLATFORM: PC (Steam)

Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker is the fourth expansion pack to Final Fantasy XIV, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and published by Square Enix for Microsoft Windows, macOS, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. It was released on December 7, 2021, over two years after Shadowbringers, the previous expansion, with its production delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Like its predecessors, Naoki Yoshida served as director and producer and Masayoshi Soken composed the soundtrack. The expansion pack was released as a standalone product for current players; for new players, the “Complete Edition” that originally launched with Heavensward was updated to include all expansions including Endwalker.

In Endwalker, players as the Warrior of Light travel to the secluded nation of Sharlayan to seek help in handling the approaching Final Days, an apocalyptic event that threatens to destroy the entire world. Meanwhile, Zenos, the mad son of the former emperor of Garlemald, has murdered his father and now seeks a final confrontation with the Warrior of Light. Zenos is assisted by the nihilistic Ascian Fandaniel, who wants the Final Days to occur so everyone, himself included, is wiped out. The story has been marketed as the “finale” of the Hydaelyn–Zodiark arc, drawing the current ongoing story since A Realm Reborn to a close, with an entirely new story beginning in the major patches following release, in contrast to past expansion’s stories continuing into midway thru the post-release patches. In addition to adding new areas, the expansion pack increases the level cap to 90 and debuts two new Final Fantasy “jobs”, Sage and Reaper among other changes.

  1. You joke about not reaching 10k nods, but with all the nod counts added up together from Heavensward to Endwalker, the total is already at 2,663, and this is not including the ones from ARR, and all the other quests that you didn't do such as the job quests, which you have to remember, a lot of the job quests got extended content as more expansions were added.

Speaking of which, man I wish you did the rest of the dark knight quest, there is a big twist in the end that is really good, but whats really weird is I think the ending actually got changed, much like how Werlyt did, yeah Werlyt got its ending changed, not sure which I'd say is better, they are both good.

Its also funny how even if the scions tried to disband and go their own ways, something is dragging them all back together anyways, in which case I wonder how G'Raha and Y'Shtola end up there, as they are shown in the trailers. I doubt Thancred would really side with the bad apple in the royal family, he is quite the eavesdropper, so something tells me he'd find out sooner then expected.

Its also nice that Krile is going to get much more screen time, she didn't get much all the way from Heavensward to Shadowbringers, she did get a bit more during Endwalker, but still not all that much.
Also since when were we playing monster hunter!? tracking a creature, and a giant troublesome bird that has a big beak and mimics things? alright Qurupeco what are you doing here in FF14?
Also I like this patch with the spicy curry better then the previous one, the previous one was a bit to cartoonish if I'm to be honest.
