Honestly Misshapen's video sums up the FF14 community for everyone
Joined the game with the WoW exodus and haven't run into a Mentor yet but I have played with Flowers and Oh My, Oh My. At least role players tend to be good at what they do in game. Have yet to find a Flower that doesn't die to mechanics at least once a dungeon

I absolutely love FFXIV but it's the only MMO that i've played in 25 years of gaming where people literally cry if healers don't do 1% of a 8 man raids DPS to shave off 0.346 of a second in an 18 minute raid.
My theory is that the mentor crown restricts bloodflow to the brain.
Leveling crafters is easy as fuck now that you can just get infinite resources from the Diadem. All you need is maxed out gatherers :-/
I been playing XIV since 1.0 and we've always had a saying: "Glamor is the true endgame".

It is the ultimate quandary. Do I become a mentor so I can actually help people despite the stigma? Or do I just try and help people without it to the best of my ability without the beneficial way to directly connect with new players.
Love the vids but I have a question since im not very smart about the game, is complete version worth grabbing? Since its like cheap rn and i have problem with region since im from Estonia it does not have it or i left a option between 2 eyes, but there is Finland tho so since its closest to me idk, thank you in forward and also keep up the vids sum sum <3
The mentor thing is probably people getting their mount, I'm not a mentor so I'm no sure but it might also be so they have another daily and they can level classes faster, the "YoU dON't PAy mY SuB" thing tho is just dumb
