  1. Thank you for this helpful video Brian! I would also add, especially for players still relatively new to the game; check online where to obtain certain basic raw items, before you buy them on the Markets. Many times an NPC in a main city will sell them. As Brian demonstrated Grand Companies also sell special and unique items you can’t find elsewhere and might be ‘cheaper’ to buy with seal then with Gil. For those players going from 80 to 90, remember that NPC gemstone traders also sell items from the new Expansion areas. If you have more time then gil, gather your materials. If you have more gil then time, buy your materials. Whatever you do, have fun! Stay safe. ❤️

  5. I've made like 2M selling blossoms from the loloporrit gem vendor. They normally sell fast and it's an easy way for a relatively new player (like me) to make some money since you don't need a crafter.

  8. i am very sad to say the material containers are borderline worthless, they have COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY destroyed the minion market for stormblood (used to be my biggest gil maker selling ivon couerlfist and yugiri's for 1mil a pc) i've bought about 70-80ish of the 4.0 boxes and like 5 of the 3.0 ones, sadly the 4.0 ones have largely been repeats of ravana, khloe and a few other minions that are now selling for under 1k a pc….. i've gotten ONE minion that sold for like 100k (i dont remember what it was sorry) and then the 3.0 ones have been decent, apparently everyone is buying the 4.0 ones trying to get a mount which i have heard of NOONE getting yet, have asked a few times in shout chat in limsa and repeatedly in my very active FC.

  9. Only saying this after seeing you going through your inventory for hand ins, so ignore me if you are already aware.
    At least for me on PlayStation, for any item hand in, rather than pressing x or a in that submenu and running through your inventory to find said item. If I press square it automatically puts you on the required item. Not sure what that would be on an Xbox controller though.

    I found this out because on pc right clicking the box automatically puts you on the required item, so I assumed the controller must have something similar
