  1. I don't know far you are into this game if you are playing, but this song is a medley of all the X.0 Final Bosses for each expansion including ARR. It's quite literally the sum of our Journey and it's was beautiful.

  2. Spoilers for All Expansion but to explain what's happening in the song directly..

The Beginning Part with the Choir Lyrics is the beginning of "Wyrm's Tail," a song that starts playing as we fight the dragon Shinryu during the FFXIV's 2nd Expansion "Stormblood" as there is a cutscene before this fight where the song actually starts as we jump onto his back, riding him into this battle. The entire fight we are on his back.

After that it starts playing a short remix of the Final Fantasy 1 Theme.

Then, the "Beat the Heart of Sabik" is part of the base game (A Realm Reborn's) Final Boss, Ultima. The name of the track is also called "Ultima." Its that theme until it ends at "Rise, Ultima" lyrics part.

Then it goes into the 1st expansion's (Heavensward) Final Boss theme, "Heroes."

Next at around 4:36, it goes into the next expansion's (Shadowbringers) Final Boss theme, "Invincible"

Then it loops back to the short remix of the Final Fantasy 1 Theme and starts from there again.
