  1. I feel fights like Barbariccia and Golbez would be really good for baseline ex trial content, but normal needs to be tuned up a little so the steps aren't so big or have proper around the clock world content that's why I think Bozja was so good because the Critical Engagements gave you heaps of fights you can just join see mechanical combinations and learn at your own pace and it kinda prepares you for the Dalriada raid etc because it just nukes you into the ground but it can teach you stuff like Red Choctober was a meme but its the best way to learn sweet spots for proximity Damage, adding enums etc it prepares you really well and its not that big of a deal if you die so if you're too nervous or scared it's fine you can keep trying and eventually get good because the boss dies anyway and you can just repeat/go to the next Critical Engagements

  2. IMO the biggest issue is job design. Every healer just refreshes a DoT and mashes 1 and occasionally uses an OGCD that tops off the party. Tanks are invincible melee DPS that just hit 1-2-3 1-2-3-4 and don’t have to position the boss. DPS are all easier than they’ve ever been. And don’t even get me started on how awfully boring doing anything under level 90 is
