yeah I had the same complaint with ff14, though I did really enjoy it. ran out of things to do after finishing raid and finish leveling up alts. gearing alts also was a problem for me, took way too long

Loved the MSQ and excited for upcoming patches for FFXIV but as soon as I finished Endwalker I was back to queuing random BG's in wow.

Some, (not all of course, like anything) of the community is almost toxic "positive" too, and I don't just mean MSQ viewers but they also exist
even in my own FC it was like "don't say bad words about anything even joking around" which was weird, the game isn't perfect and needs constructive criticism
Like I hate how I can't talk properly in Crystal Conflict, sometimes you need to tell others to stop being morons but nope, must protect their feelings always
To be fair, a decent chunk of the FFXIV community wants to be, uh, stepped on, and do unto others etc etc.
