The bodies thing – they're not terribly consistent about that…Scions are seen to be able to eat and get drunk while on The First, for example.
Ooh, unsure if I'm late to say this as of this post. But be snarky in your interactions with Y'shtola who you are about to encounter after Il Mheg. Certain responses offer slightly different lines in dialogue. I HIGHLY recommend being cheeky with her ;).

I think this is the definitive way to experience his journey through 14. Great work on the pacing!

I love how H-has moments were his speech gets too upset and animated, and then he takes a deep breath and tries to deescalate.
Rich, would you be so kind as to elucidate precisely from where exactly you are getting the idea that the original Minfilia ever took credit for ANYTHING the Warrior of Light did? She was always your biggest fan, constantly singing your praises, and showing actual gratitude.
Can't believe how perceptive Rich is even w/ the stalling. One of his first inclinations is that Emet formed the Allagan empire as well.

both of them really, really wish that they could be on the other side, and have come to the painful conclusion that no, that's the dream of a juvenile idiot who doesn't understand the real world. and then there's this shitty knock-off of me standing in front of me and saying "nuh uh actually you're the one who's a coward afraid of what he knows actually has to be done."
Thancred wishes he could just keep Minfilia safe forever SO BAD, and Ran'jit wishes that just fucking once he could fight alongside her and actually win, and both of them know that's just a selfish desire, and only the path they've chosen can keep her safe. No wonder they really want to kick each others' asses.

The Nu Mo and only referenced as being dog-like in the English localization. In the Japanese they are simply weak to requests like Iruma from Mairimashita Iruma-kun.

the fact that Rich actually gets the toxic relationship between Thancred and Minifilia while most every other streamer seems to be "no Thancred is too good for that, hes her DAAAAAD" makes me happy. So many people completely misunderstand Thancreds character arc in Shadowbringers.

What I love about Feo Ul: Their wisdom is one that only comes from centuries of experience, and a deep, unbound compassion for everything around them. Their childish nature betrays the parental understanding that they have. And with all of that? They just want what's best for you, for the world.
An unfathomable, ever lasting love, the kind only an immortal pixie can offer.
I never followed streamers much in the past, but there is such a wholesome honesty about Rich and his journey with FF14. I've really loved following along.
