I haven't been more hyped for a job since Dancer. Relm is my favourite character from FFVI and I'm so glad her job has finally been released from that exclusivity after so long 😭😭😭
It also made me realise I have a type with the jobs I main: I was mostly a Bard for the longest time, then almost exclusively Dancer since ShB, and now I'm totally maining Pictomancer. I'm a sucker for the arts apparently :V

My mains are Midlander/Au Ra (one's for solo, other I do stuff with friend), so the glow-ups there are amazing. Also have a F!Elezen, so she's gonna get even lovelier than she already is. <3
I don't think anyone could've anticipated Solution Nine, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who saw the 'slums' with the train and thought 'Midgar?', especially with that large pillar in the background. I'm very intrigued to know more about it, and how it all ties into Dawntrail.
Two dye channels MEGA HYPE. As someone who has played ESO as well, which has THREE dye channels, it did feel a little underwhelming to come to XIV with only one. Not saying XIV needs 3 dye channels too, but adding another is amazing. ^^

Man, the reveal of the new areas was a massive curveball. Months of expecting Mexico to be Dawntrail's inspiration, and then they just drop Night City on us out of nowhere and go 'here's your other hub city, have fun'.

Knowing these devs and how they operate, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak. I had really enjoyed seeing the south and middle america inspired zones and cities in the first two fanfests but honestly it was easy to see they were keeping alot from us because we were going over the same info over and over again lol. I was certainly NOT expecting a high tech city and GENOMES MAYBE??? 9 is in my top 3 Final Fantasy's so If they are going that route I will be extremely excited.
