I think you needed to calculate the inferiority of striking dummy's that leave your back exposed to the wilderness. Nobody wants to be training hard and then be attacked from behind by some roaming beast! Give me a beautiful view AND my back to a wall any day
Every morning of my life since I started playing Final Fantasy XIV I've been gripped with crushing choice paralysis, unsure where to go to train on a dummy until logging off when it gets too overwhelming. This is truly the most significant and impactful Final Fantasy content out there, you are a hero for this video, thank you
the dummys in living memory might have been better before [redacted]. its so sad and ugly now 🙁 im going to refer to this video from now when i need a striking dummy location because i often forget where they are lol and now i have a selection of pretty ones to choose from too 🙂
I know you tried to dodge the question of going into the new content but there was some really big changes in the patch, they added clutter to the ARR Markets which begs the question of which Markets are the best
I think the ones which are facing the wrong way might actually be better if you're a melee DPS. If you're practicing hitting your positionals, then you're gonna be behind the dummy, meaning that you'll actually be taking in the scenery.
There are some more striking dummies at wolve's den, on tbe boat decks. Also, if you're taking suggestions, would you like to rate scrip vendors and their vibes and locations? At this point I would watch you rate just about anything. Maybe fruit trees, or crop gardens even
The dummies often face walls so firing practice is safer. You really don't want peddler #3 in the background getting hit by a stray arrow, bullet, or other projectiles.
I feel like the central shroud should get some points docked, because if you actually try and do a rotation on the dummies as melee you have a high chance of falling off the platform doing rear positionals. Or you can add points because that's also kinda funny idk.
Missed the one in stormblood located in Reunion, the xaela trading hub. Favorite zone of the expansion, and one of my favorites of the game. However according to your rating system, probably isn't a huge loss, probably a 6/10. Facing a cliff face, kinda shoved back behind the buildings, good open grassy space but just not given any real prominence. But I do like how close to an aetheryte they are.
you never miss. top tier video I didnt know I needed
the central shroud spearfolk seem to exclusively work the groin and i think that's neat
It's a sky chandelier
I can't believe you didn't include the one in my garden.

You missed the best wolves' den striking dummies 🙁 the ones up on top of the ship

@4:09 NO, those are the Central Highlands. An unforgivable mistake. I'm afraid I"m going to have to give your video a 3/10.
However, saying Shadow of the Colossus is your favorite game makes it a 1000/10.
On the other hand, recommending those shitty Bayformer movies is a -420.69/10.
Uh, I guess that's an average of 194.103333333333333333333333333333333333333333333/10, which is still pretty good.
You forgot the other heavensward ones in Idyllshire

Bro saw them growing Gysahl Greens in Dravanian Forelands and said "Quick Little Snack." Absolute Chocobo Behavior.

The summerford farms dummy's get a lot of love, I've seen them used often
The western cortheas will always be a special one for me lol, but that kozamauka dummy was nice
