If you're willing to run the game with plugins, I've authored one that enables the use of Tobii eye-tracking to override the Tab and Circle targeting functions of the game, enabling more precise selection of targets when a lot of scrolling through large number of enemies or allies is required. Particularly useful for spot-healing in Alliance Raids or targeting specific enemies in Fate Trains.
    The main reason I wrote it is for improved accessibility, and a more comfortable experience when playing with gamepads and other devices that aren't pointing devices

    its creating a device to interact with something as anyone else would

    There are things I struggle to accomplish with a traditional controller that you make seem simple.

    Especially those jumping games? Multitasking in challenges? I commend you.
