This Tier List was made after playing each job for at least 12+ hours in mostly Crystalline Conflict and some in Frontlines. Any job can hit Crystal Rank. Some jobs just takes more effort and time than others. It’s more important to play a job that matches your playstyle than trying to force yourself to play the META.
