Chat is always picking out some spicy numbers for you to check out. A hard task, as FFXIV's ost is pure fire all the way through.
I think it uses the same motif as earlier amalja beast tribe stories. Like the story surrounding ifrit
This is probably one of my top ten themes in all the game, it's one of the most badass ones. In regards to your paranoia about revolving themes, you are absolutely correct. The base melody of this song is actually the theme song of a very specific area in the game. It is located in the Southern Thanalan region, to the very west of it, it is an aggressive Amalj'aa area called Zahar'Ak. 🙂
