  1. "Enmity." Says it right. "I can never say that word right." You just did!
"Places yourself at the top of the enmity list. I can never say that word!" You just did!

I'm not sure if I do this right as a tank, but I usually hit a couple AoE skills on pull, and then switch to a single target rotation to dps each mob down faster, occasionally throwing in some AoE to keep threat on me. Am I making everything slower by doing this? Also, the only time I use the ranged aggro ability is when a single add joins the fight some distance away, other than that I tend to also just face-aggro everything.

I definitely haven't been using Arm's Length much at all, I should add that to my standard toolkit.

And lastly, your character in the White Mage practical healing guide thumbnail looks so confused and sad haha.

  2. I love the UI advice i had no idea you could split the target bar like that!! Very useful guide as always! I need to get into the habit of not moving around so much as a tank lol ! Still stuck with the healer/ dps mindset when i'm learning tanking

  3. Thanks for the great guide! Honestly, I haven't (dared) to play tank yet… But this video already helps me understand the tank jobs a bit before actually getting into it.
I would love more in-depth tank job guides tho. Your in-depth healer guides are great and often I watch them again to make sure I don't miss anything as a healer!
Your guides definitely help me to be a better (sprout) player!^^

  4. The range pulling is better for when you are going to wall to wall. Like in matoyas relic you want to provoke 1 it will aggro the group of 4-6 trash and you can aoe to hit them all while you are running past them(because they clumped up to run to you) then pull them to the 2nd group of trash. Also works better with provoke than the ranged attack since its an ogcd. But its not necessary to do just speeds things up a bit.

  5. Really appreciated the tips on using 1-2 defensive cooldowns. I'm still a sprout-tank so I always second guess myself whenever it feels like my health is dropping slightly faster than normal as I progress through harder dungeons. Sometimes I feel myself wanting to pop another skill just to buy my healer more time. At least I know I'm using mitigations right, especially with diminishing returns on stacked mitigation. Also a good point for the AOE's because waiting for the cooldown after the ranged attack usually gets me hit than if I just started with an AOE to begin with.

Also with 11:45 are you talking about the succubus in the beginning of Haukke Manor?
