  1. 3 or more targets, stop doing single target moves. Stick to Overpower (and Mythril Tempest at 40). You not only lose damage when you single target at 3 or more, but you also run the risk of losing aggro.

Also, you can easily identify if something in the open world will aggro you. The icon next to an enemy's name. Regardless of what shape it is, if it's blue, they are tame. Anything red will attack. However, it's level based. The cutoff for aggro is usually about 11 levels. If you are around 11 or more levels above the target, it will no longer aggro. Unless they have yellow connection lines between them and something you pull.

  2. You can not attach materia yourself unless you have the crafting job needed to repair that piece leveled to the level required to repair it. Example: if you have a hat that requires lvl22 Weaver to be able to repair it, then you can attach materia to it. Otherwise, you can either use the "Request Meld" option and ask another player to do it for you (which no one ever really uses), or you can pay the Materia Melder NPC to do it. They tend to be near the market board in major cities.

Now that you've completed the mission Sylph Management, you can go back to your class guild once you reach level 30. There will be a standard quest like the ones you've gotten every 5 levels so far, and when that is done, another pops up immediately. The second one is the quest that upgrades class to job with a soul crystal. By equipping that crystal in the bottom slot of the right side of your gear, Marauder becomes Warrior, and you get access to even spicier new moves.
