Play Final Fantasy XIV on Proton-6.13-GE-1 in Linux with Steam OR Non-steam version!

I’ve added a NOSTEAM envvar to my latest proton version which allows you to log into your FFXIV Steam OR non-steam version, and/or use the steam free trial to log into your non-steam account. I felt it would be beneficial to create a video on how to do this.

  1. Great video thanks I will give a try, by the way is just me or your audio from your voice is too low, I need to volume up at 50 % my system to hear you. Usually I use it at 25%.

  2. Hello, I have a problem with Warframe but I think it is not because of Proton-GE, however if there is someone who can help me it is you.
Multiplayer not working, freezes on "Please wait …" when trying to join a party.
All ports are open and the firewall is disabled.

EDIT: This does not happen if I use Windows on the same PC, only with Linux it happens to me.
