  1. I don't have the game installed anymore for shitty PC reasons but I know I'll be back so thank you for keeping me updated 🙏

    Looking forward to the streams!

  2. Since it's Sil'dih, maybe the NPC will be Ellie on some sort of work release program, lol. Although packing more Hildebrand adjacent content into the 6.2 cycle might cause people to literally explode at this point.

  3. Considering the history of the warring brothers and Belah'diah and Sil'dih, the NPC for the Sil'dihn Subterrane will most likely be either Nanamo herself, Ellie (the reporter from early Hildebrand), or her sister.

  4. It was nothing but smile for the live letter. I would admit, this was a banger live letter. I am really excited for this. And the new criterion dungeons makes leveling all to max would actually be useful to have which I am now so motivated to finish doing.

  5. This sounds unbelievably fucking amazing. I wasn't expecting the Island Sanctuaries to be more than gardening plots with minions chilling out in the open. I certainly didn't expect animal collecting, or a separate inventory, Etc. This is just absolutely bonkers. I thought 6.1 was jam-packed with content, but fucking hell. 6.2 feels like its own separate game. 🤯

  6. A little something you missed about the variant dungeons- there will be 3 difficulty levels. The one you talked about was the standard, the next one up is 4 player challenge (possibly similar to extreme?) with one path from beginning to end with limited raises. Then there is Savage which requires a premade 4 man party, no raises AT ALL and a wipe will respawn all the enemies, plus if you take too long to clear all the enemies become stronger.

  7. of course the repairer will most likely need the requisite class/job at the required level to repair the gear, not sure who will need to have to the material needed, the repairer or the recipient of the repairs. I always cap out my crafting so I can repair my own gear. probably will have to keep two stacks of 999 material from now on in case someone needs their gear fixed.

  8. I hope you end up finding a happiness in life that isn't tied to games. I loved you during the Warlock times but since WoW has lost it's touch, and we've grown up, I've noticed you lose the passion. This feels like clinging to something you know, and sadly need, while not loving it like you used to. You're a good person Cobrak.

  9. I was honestly blown away by the extent to which my expectations for Island Sanctuaries and Criterion (and Variant) dungeons were shattered! I didn't think they would be small, but I didn't think they would be THIS much.

  10. So no instanced housing and farming for players that dont have 40 hours to maybe possibly play at a lottery for a home. Literally bought a house at the age of 21 IRL easier than getting one in this game

  11. the thing is that FFXIV already have the customisation things and lots of furniture and player housing/lifestyle items already. So this is just building on what they already have, which is the biggest difference between this and Garrisons.
