I thoroughly enjoyed this video – I do think you need to be a bit more conscious about bringing up reoccuring concepts. Early on, you never mentioned Hydaelyn by name, or even mentioned the Blessing of Hydaelyn. So when you said that we lost her blessing, there's no context to what that means (a new player might infer that we lost the Echo, which we did not). Same with Louisoux, you mentioned him but never really said what he did or why we look up to him (I'd also mention he was Alphinaud and Alisae's grandfather). I'd also make sure to namedrop some of the Ascions, as they will always be relevant.
Overall, great though! It was a great refresher for an experienced player, and hopefully a good primer for a new player. I will be recommending this video to friends as I push them towards FFXIV. Subscribed, and hope to see more.
For a first video, this is very good. I'm interested in what you'll do in the future.
