  1. About 15 year ago, I came to my Dungeon master's house. His kid was playing WoW with an angry face. "Hey, why you look mad?" I asked. He replied. "Because im grounded". And they I asked; "then why are you playing WoW?"
He looked at me and said: "This is my Dad's character. My punishment is that i have to level up his hunter."

  2. Don't underestimate yourself. Baby Quazii will be amazing! That being said, if ur kid is bad, you can send them to Torghast.

As a devoted aunt, I hope to introduce my nephews and nieces to FF14 when the time comes. (If I'm allowed.)

  3. My eldest nephew(17) isn't quite ready to join ffxiv, in his case he's had a fear of trying any final fantasy game since he was 7 thinking it's too complicated. He does play Black Desert though 😅. My younger nephew however actually plays FFXIV with me and is in my fc. He mostly runs dungeons and treasure maps, but he's actually pretty darn good in raids.

  4. Being a parent is very hard and there’s no guarantee that your kid will even want to play ff when they get old enough to even do it. That said, my daughter actually likes to play and she’s a level 8 whm which is funny. Her characters name is so ridiculous.

  5. "So what did you do today son/daughter?!"

    "I found an ERP group!"

    "A what?!"

"Extreme Raid Progression. We're going to do all the Raids Sync'd Min iLvl. You never heard of ERP dad?"

  6. Real gamers can have games and a family both – all about balance. IJS I know some gamer girls who were raiding when they went into labor and waited till they cleared to get up and go to the hospital.

  7. Me and my adult daughter play FFXIV together. I taught her how to play video games on console many years ago. Watch out, your kid will be showing you how to do clears and mechanics before you know it and make it look so simple as you struggle. Believe me…!

  8. I asked my daughter to farm saronite around ICC while I was at work. When I switched to FF14, shes a healer main….WELL I had abit more privilege in raids lol even from her friends, no que time for every msq raid and trial lmao her friends outfitted my toon with gear (glam and gil included) and constant food buffs better than uber 😂😂😂

  10. I used to have my youngest sister (when she was a kid) level up my teams in games back in the day. She loved playing so it was a win win for us lol. Nowadays, whenever my 6 year old niece is over, i let her play ffxiv. Granted she's just spending most of her time in Lyhe Mheg, but I'll get her into the rest of eorzea yet!

  11. You will never be able to play games any more, even MSQ goes out of your window if you have a kid.
We are just thinking of the fun part, but the reality part is that he/she have school, school work to catch up and extra classes and so forth. And then you get called to school because he is struggling with school work and you will have to study with him and help him with his work at home.
So your time to play games go right out if you window and you can kiss MSQ good bye not to even mention savage or ultimate trials.

  12. TBH, a parent's/family member's hobby/interests will rub on to the child. My mum and dad loved to draw/paint, so I ended up painting as well. My aunt on the other hand loved anime and manga, so she was the one who introduced me to sailormoon and Daughter of the Nile River when I was 6. Sailormoon has been my favourite anime and manga ever since. I don't think it's far fetched to shape a child into an FF14 lover, it's very very possible. 祝您早生贵子 😀

  13. As the leader of an FC that houses my IRL parents, siblings, and children (yes, three generations in one FC!), I am cackling at this video and highly endorse playing FFXIV with your kids!

  14. Funny video. But since ancient RPGs my very first class is healer and I am still healing today. A healer adjusting to anyone is a myth. With my experience I can make everyone adjust to me. That includes party decisions.
