I’ve FINALLY completed Shadowbringers in Final Fantasy XIV, so it was only fitting that I react LIVE to the Endwalker trailer for all of you.

Final Fantasy XIV is a very well constructed MMORPG, with a beginning levelling experience that surpasses any other MMO on the market. That doesn’t mean that I don’t have any complaints however…

Final Fantasy XIV is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and published by Square Enix. Directed and produced by Naoki Yoshida, it was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 3 in August 2013, as a replacement for the failed 2010 version of the game, with support for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and macOS releasing later. Final Fantasy XIV takes place in the fictional land of Eorzea, five years after the events of the original 2010 release. At the conclusion of the original game, the primal dragon Bahamut escapes from its lunar prison to initiate the Seventh Umbral Calamity, an apocalyptic event which destroys much of Eorzea. Through the gods’ blessing, the player character escapes the devastation by time traveling five years into the future. As Eorzea recovers and rebuilds, the player must deal with the impending threat of invasion by the Garlean Empire from the north.

  8. I know people like to think that's a spaceship at the end … but entertain the thought that is the dark side of the Moon, and that isn't a spaceship … but the Tower of Babil or Zot, in monolith design (2001: Space Odyssey inspired perhaps)

    EDIT: Thought occurred to me. During the fanfest when they revealed the zones… they specifically stated they could show very little of the moon zone as otherwise would reveal too much…

  9. When all of the music in the trailer is so good, you want the full song version of each section! If you haven’t already Kro, I recommend watching and reading the other previews they showed at fanfest. There are some that indicate we are getting more world lore. Plus the Reaper trailer is a must see, in my opinion. 😉

  15. The one thing I constantly think about is how the full of life eorzea and the dead (weak) moon look like they merge into a new world with new continents. Honestly, the only way the Hydaelyn and Zodiark arc can end satisfyingly is if a full shard + source merger happens somehow.
    Just think about it. The universe is NOT sundered, only our planet is, and as we fly through the universe, think of the damage to space that split must be doing.
    Also it would be bad ass if we could somehow merge the worlds. Yes merging all the souls, but not technically killing them, as Ardbert merging with us gave us his memories (to do the Seto ending). Which would technically restore all the Eld citizen (or could) then we would have all new heights to see and do. It would be amazing.
