Even better to read a book.
Lomi should marry me
This rant drove me up a wall.
>Plays healer but doesn't know what mitigation means (the things that tanks use to deal with incoming damage that all healers worth their salt count on for making sure heals are on time)
Brainless take
Very female rant tbh, I can feel the neuroticism through my monitor
She's a BDO player, I totally get it.
Oh, this hit too close to home. My weekly multiplayer night with some casual gaming friends stresses the hell out of me. Even though its just cheap indie games i dont really care much about, somehow every time I start shot-calling and micromanaging my friends when they start fumbling. Brings out a unlikeable side of me so I'm turning on push to talk from now on. Thanks Lumi for the idea.
Making Lia cry would be kino, dewit
The Time Commitment for FF14 depends on how you approach it. If you're playing it like a Final Fantasy game, yeah. Even the OC is half cut scenes.
Personally, I don't play it like a Final Fantasy game. I play it like an MMO, because that's what it is. I can not mash "skip cut scene" fast enough.
When I finally decided to get the story behind it, I watched The Exploring Series 4h video going over it. Yeah, 4 hours, but that's a lot less time than 50+ hours.
Also, always remember to /point and /laugh when you meet Shamani in Wineport. "You ain't got no eyes, Lt. Haha!"
Huh
It's a shame the story was ruined in localization… Maybe she'd have liked it if EN got the real story.
Honestly, the game is worth it, but i also understand not having the time because it is a massive time commitment and kind of a cult from the outside looking in.
