  1. Since you are close to them, I will explain these now.
The next two dungeons introduce some universal mechanics that you will see a lot in the future:
-Proximity Marker: An aoe that makes more damage the closer you are to the center. It looks like a purple pulsating aoe with a yellow circle at the center. If the are multiple then go where they intersect.
-Spread marker: a red/pink circle will appear arround every player. Spread and don't overlap the aoe. (This ones will be red/pink, but in the future, there will be ice/thunder/etc ones, same concept)
-Stack marker: Four yellow arrows pointing towards a player, everyone needs to stack together to split the damage. You can identify them with the "alarm" sound they make.

There will be other ones but they are pretty much self explanatory.
Also, there will be times where aoes fill the arena and in orden to avoid them you need to go to the last one that appears (they appear in order) and move to where the previous one was when it's aoe indicator dissapears, if that makes sense.

    I hope this helps.

  2. This is the first solo instance I can remember where you have to pay attention to the chat bubbles to know what you need to be prioritizing. There are several instances in the game where you can really get stuck / fail if you don't read what the characters are saying. It'll pop up on your screen but will also appear in your chat box afterwards if you ever get stuck.
