must beat endwalker 6.0 and done go west craftsman in mor dhona. talk to well dressed attendent in old sharlayan to start the quest. in the market place talk to synnove to buy the materials. pass in first three items to level her up then craft second item three times to finish your allowences. if level 90 trained eye and two ground works will finish the crafts ezpz. if level 80 just use your level 80 rotation.
