After asmongold talks about square enix’s weaknesses, i think is time to throw out some guide on how to buy the game FFXIV, i agree that is a bad system from square enix and is confusing as hell but is not impossible to follow. Please like and subscribe, it will certainly help me as well

  1. Sorry for question, but i just want to be confident. If i had a free trial account that was registered through the square enix account, i can buy the game only from their site? I cant buy it from the steam and then link it?

  3. I have made a purchase of Shadowbringers EU last night at 11PM and now Im stuck on the screen of my order with state pending, when I try to get my activation key all I get is a new tab window with the following:

    Sorry, this order is not validated.
    If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us at "email address provided"

    Its been 12 hours with no progress on this, I JUST WANT TO PLAY YOUR GAME PAST lvl 60 SE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! 🙁

  9. Thank you for the video, but my porblem is I uploaded crysta on the mogry station. And when i try to upgrade my free trial version to the full game it doesnt allow it. pls help

  11. If they think it's hard to buy this game try buying this game when your country isn't even listed. I had to fake my address and use 4 different credit cards and fake my address just to buy the god damn game.

  12. I had a trial account from Square Enix and I upgraded to a regular account but through steam. I’m always getting an error in japanese with 16a and I have no idea what to do. Even steam won’t refund my purchase because they consider the download time a playtime. Please help

  13. So I tried to start playing FF14 so I made my account and downloaded the game and I can’t even login. It tells me my username and password is incorrect and I just made my account… idk what I’m doing wrong

  14. Hey all, i live in Australia and that means i need to buy from the EU region store right? Can i ask whether i will be charged an additional international transaction fee if i link the mogstation with my credit card? The 60% off on en_AU store is really tempting right now.

  15. Hi John,
    I have been looking everywhere for some explanation. I already had a Steam Free Trial running. There was this Square-Enix Members page where they offer Steam account linkage, and I linked my Steam account to SE members. Should I buy the game, do I buy it from the Square-Enix store or via Steam?

  16. If I'm from Japan and my region is in The Americas (US) would that cost any problem when I purchase the game on the US site using my Japan IP address and credit/debit cards?

  18. Thanks for the information.. its very informative 🙂 may i ask something sir, im currently on a free trial and the game is having a discount right now… So basically can I buy the game right now while it is on discount, but redeem it later after i have had enough with my free trial ?
