The only problem with universalis is you need to look down at the server listing because someone else bought it for the n0.1 section & usually n0.2 or even n0.3 are still up for sale & the differences are not that vast, maybe 5-10 or even 20k upcharged for some things like equipment.

You don’t have to eat the 5% tax. Speak with the Retainer Vocate and ask about tax rates. Every week there is a chance in a city to not pay any tax. Setting your retainers to any city but the starting three will automatically lower to 3%.
