The Silkie intro never fails to bring a smile to my face.
Coke, people like coke
Great tips all around! My personal tip is to be so lazy that I can't be bothered to spend gils.
Let's be real, you'd be up at 5 AM anyways.
I love your accent avy, it's a delight watching your vids
I slept a lot today, i sent you some sleep, it's in your mailbox.
Luckily for me, I already have my medium house.
Dancing wings are usually worth a lot and even more if you make a weapon from them.
I made a lot of gil by making airship and submersible parts, but that is defnitely time consuming. And they sometimes don’t sell for a long time.
I've rejected the mb, submersibles are my new best friend.
If you want to spend astronomy, a safe call is vanadinite. It's been used in a few parts for the new crafters set so you can sell it for a bit
Made about 50 million from hunt trains. Was almost getting millions from selling materia when the prices where so at beginning of tiers when people wanted to penta meld.
I also made like 6 million Gil selling iron ore I would buy from npcs across 3 characters. That was always funny cause I would up the price so much.
You don't always have to undercut! If an item is selling frequently I sell smaller stacks at the listed price. The total will still be lower than someone undercutting the price by a few gil, and I make more gil per unit.
I love farming Titania, the music is great and I love Titania's voice lines. It's super chill
this has become my favorite channel over the passed week and thrilled to see this vid because i struggle!
One very easy way to make slow but reliable money, is to resell NPC dyes.
Yes, dyes, especially the beast tribe ones.
Most of them will cost you anything from 5-250 gil each, but on the marketboard will usually sell for at least 500 gil each.
Just check the history beforehand, not everything has worthwhile returns, and some dyes aren't very popular.
I do maps and unreal once a week. Make about 1mil to 3mil a week.
When I found out I've been undercut: "How dare you"
very kupo!
2:40 Go back here and read the tooltip of the lumber.
"Shop selling price"
It means that a vendor sells it for that price.
Always, always, always look for this when you buy things on the market board. You have no idea how much gil I make from people not knowing this and who buys it for sometimes 30 times the price.
You know the hempen camise chestpiece that catgirls really like? The one you are wearing in this video. It is often on the mb for 39k. I buy it from a merchant for 57 gil right next to the Gridanian Aetheryte.
"Never underestimate's people's laziness in this game"
<closes this video tab>
<buys some dye off the Limsa dye shop>
<go to the nearest summoning bell>
<sell it at a marked up price, in batches of 20>
<sold out within the next 3 or so hours>
awkward monkey puppet meme intensifies
i always sell my maps because as a solo player its faster money for me since i can get a map a day basically. 25k x 7 is 175k over a week. and in a month thats 700k, and thats a low end of selling maps!
Omg, you’re in my DC. I will def greet you if I ever see you around. Really enjoy your videos. I’m an Omnicrafter/gatherer but I find it boring. I def agree that maps are a great way to make money but sometimes the RNG hurts. But you always earn money from them. Worth.
'Never underestimate people's laziness in this game' T R U E buys from MB
Gear for crafting and gathering also usually goes for super profit on my server.
made my gil from crafting the parts needed for ARR relic and selling some Higher Ranked GC items constantly. In the end, if you REALLY want the gil just stick with a good source and check daily. easy mode.
I always make sure to check my retainers before I log off for the day.
Try to have a few retainers…send them out on quick ventures…they will occasionally bring back very expensive items to sell…like white and black dye…or nice glam people pay high prices for.
if you have crafting in your lazy gil farming is not a lazy farming
I've never seen my husband's face light up so quickly for a mount, but adores that Silkie so much that he IMMEDIATELY walked over to me and said "Where?!"
"Where what?"
"Where can I get that? It's so fluffy!"
"Oh, uh, complete every path in the dungeons underneath Ul'dah."
"Oohh…"
"Looks like you'll have to take a vacation from WoW, babe."
"…How far d–"
"Endwalker, I think!"
"Alriiiight, gotta work on my Garo achivements anyway."
🤗❤
I'm gonna be honest, i didn't know about extracting materia xD
If you've leveled your crafters and their desynth levels then shadowbringers Extreme trial farming is the best way to make money hands down. Otherwise, treasure maps are low effort and will leave you wealthy with just 3-4 hours of play. It may seem like a lot, but you typically can only do it once every 4 days without buyimg maps from the mb. You should also max out gatherers period if you want to make any amount of gil in the game.
Lastly, if you're in an active FC, getting them to do maps will help you all grow as a whole. For example, if 8 people in the same FC do maps for 3 hours and walk away with a million gil each, then your FC essentially made 8 million gil plus sellable mats in the same time it would take to do roulettes.
