Heavensward 3.3 Ending Reaction – The most EPIC ending to FFXIV HEAVENSWARD

Heavensward 3.3 Ending Reaction – ending to heavensward 3.3 Reaction

In the last video, a lot of people said they wanted to see the usual format of videos but with more reaction to big moments alongside. To me, the 3.3 ending was one of the best parts of the whole game, so I wanted to share this Heavensward 3.3 Reaction video on here.

Havensward was just such an incredible expansion and really made me fall in love with the Final Fantasy 14 story. 3.3 felt like the true heavensward ending as it ended the dragonsong war story, which I loved! One thing FFXIV also seems to be able to do is give you the huge epic cutscenes but then hit you will real emotion and this held out in Heavensward 3.3. If you’re enjoying these consider subscribing to the channel for more FFXIV reaction content or checking the streams out to see these live, we’re about to start Stormblood soon!

I hope you like these longer, more real reaction video’s straight from Twitch, especially to big moments like the heavensward 3.3 reactions. Unfortunately, you will see Twitch pop-ups or me chatting with viewers, but its really hard to edit out those moments without ruining the flow of the video.

Thanks as always for watching, and I’d love to know what you want to see next.

  1. I suspect the dragoons are all off doing side quests and conveniently otherwise occupied to allow the player character to hog the spotlight. 😉 Kudos, love the pure reaction vid! (It's alright, Hraesvelgr has four wings, he can spare the one).

  2. Ok, so now that you're done, there's an optional quest you need to do on-stream. It's called "The Burdens We Bear" and is given by Slowfix in Idyllshire. I dare not say more lest I spoil, but the rewards are worth it both in quest items and emotional payoff. If you have a chance to visit the location where the quest ends in the future on your own time, there is a small bonus animation that plays for you.

  3. Gosh, you hit the nose on the head about Heavensward's ending being a happy ending. I mean, obviously not a perfect one, with losses, but in the scheme of a story about a war this was a pretty happy ending. No wonder it felt hard to explain how it felt!

  4. You avoided the stack marker meme because you were a tank. The meme is the stack marker always chooses a sprout and when they get it they run away from the group, there by wiping the raid. Lucky you were a tank..

  5. Idk where it's stated in the game, the abyss is a endless churning cyclone of wind/ice aether below Ishgard that nobody living, neither human or dragon, can go to. Basically the quickest and safest option to get rid of the eyes was to just throw them so nobody could try to get their power ever again ,since they were above the abyss. ^^

  6. That's how you tell how a character is really well written! Characters comparing from when you meet them until the end of their story made you change your opinion about them.

  7. The power of the dragon's eye has two main effects as far as we've seen:
    • The eyes themselves contain a large store of aether, which can be used for anything from weapons to primal summoning.
    • The eye allows one to temper the strength of other dragons, allowing it's wielder to contend with them on a more even playing field.

  8. The story being framed by Count de Foretemps' memoirs is something of a reference to the Ivallice Alliance games (FFT, FFTA, FF12), especially Tactics as the whole game is framed as a heretical memoir.

  9. Red Nidhog appears: "He's angry!…What's he doing, this a new mechanic?"
Me: No! It's a Stack Mechanic! Can't you see the Stack mechanic symbol?! What are you doing!? Healer, why aren't you Rescuing him into the Stack mechanic?! =T
ajsdfkl;jasdfkladshjg;lkha There've been stack markers in previous fights, How does he not know?! Sorry…My inner Tank/Healer at war with what he's doing XD

  10. I always love the scene with Hraesvelgr in the ending. Him leaving the steps of faith without taking his eye back show how much he trusts the Warrior of Light, and giving the eye back is seen as a matter of course, no matter how valuable that eye may be. No more words need to be spoken about the fact.
