As a alpha player for ffxiv , i always thought ffxiv has been easier than other mmos, but you do not feel this until you play alot of it . For me i felt it in heavensward, so i left the game for a couple months. But i hava a ffxi background so iam used to real hardcore stuff aka camping a NM for days, fighting NMs for more than 4 hrs . So coming to ffxiv it seems easy. I think the guy who made this video hit that wall i hit where the game felt easier, but its always been that way, the only thing devs have changed is to take things out of the game that are not necessary.
