Get your Graphics Update – Fixing Final Fantasy XIV RayTracing (and more) MOD

Since Square Enix is a bit slow with releasing their graphics update with better lighting, let’s just use some ReShade and a few effects to make the game look a bit more modern with fancy lighting and RayTracing like reflections without needing a RTX gpu.

You NEED the packs from the 5$ tier:

  1. while there's an obvious improvement in both SE's graphic update and this video… honestly the game will still look like a 10 year old game regardless. there's only so much you can do with a shity engine

  2. All you're doing is making everything darker, slightly change color palette (which looks bad on my monitor calibrated with hardware calibrator) and add absolutely unrealistic reflections. I know SE is taking a long time to release their minor graphics improvements, but that doesn't mean few slider tweaks in Reshade will be a "good enough alternative" for everyone (especially people whose monitor brightness and color calibration is different than yours).
